We will pass garment ratings and recommendations based on your personal data to specific partner retailers, but only after you have accessed their sites from ours.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
Garmentology is a personal service so we need to know who you are. We collect basic identity information such as a name, email address and date of birth so that we can identify you when you log on, or in case you forget your password. We never share this information.

Garmentology is an image consultancy so we collect and store information about your body to create a user profile that is unique to you. This profile includes your age and gender. We never share this profile. We use this profile to generate advice to you and to create ratings on individual garments. We store this user profile separately from your identity information in such a way that the two can only be matched by our software.

Garmentology is a personal shopper so we generate ratings on individual garments based on your profile to help you find garments that suit you. We share these ratings with partner retailers so that they can incorporate them into their own web sites. We do not share your unique profile with any retailer. We allow you to control which partner retailers we share ratings with. Our web site captures information about your site usage (such as frequency and duration of visits) which we use to help manage and improve site performance. We never share this information.

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION
When you complete your Garmentology consultation, we will send you an email providing a summary of your consultation.

From time to time (but never more than once per month) we may send you an email advising you of new features and services offered by Garmentology.

Any further electronic communication from us will be provided solely on a clear opt-in/opt-out basis or in response to a specific request from you.

STATISTICS
We do analyse the data we capture as part of our commitment to improving the service we provide. The data we use in this analysis cannot be personally linked to you.

We may share aggregate, anonymised statistics with partner retailers, investors and relevant other bodies. Once again, this will only ever be high level summary data which cannot be linked to you.

INFORMATION SHARED WITH PARTNER RETAILERS
When you click the Go Shopping button, or click a retailer link on Shopping Central we send a unique identifier to the relevant retailer which they may store in their own systems. That retailer can then ask us to provide ratings on their own garments so that they can build those ratings into their own web pages. These ratings are unique to you.

We will continue to provide ratings on request to that retailer unless you ask us to stop.
